This guide explains the step-by-step process for obtaining a new electricity connection from the wapda Online through ENC. Please follow the specified steps carefully:

1: Fill out the Online Application Form.

2: Upload scanned copies of the following documents, ensuring each document is less than 50 kilobytes:

(a) Proof of ownership (Registry, Actual Farred, Baynama, Allotment Letter – for Housing Colony). All pages should be attested by an Oath Commissioner, Notary Public, or Class One officer.

(b) Undertaking by the Applicant, available as per the specimen in the concerned office on Stamp Paper, attested by an Oath Commissioner. This should state that no previous electricity connection exists at the required location, and no arrears are outstanding.

(c) In the case of multiple owners, provide a Power of Attorney (as per the specimen available in the concerned office on Stamp Paper) in favor of the applicant from other owners.

(d) If the applicant is a tenant, submit a No Objection Certificate (as per the specimen available in the concerned office on Stamp Paper) from the property owner.

(e) Attested copy of CNIC of the applicant.

(f) Attested Copies of CNIC of the two witnesses (not required for single-phase meters).

(g) A copy of the relevant Tariff duly signed by the consumer and witnesses (signatures of witnesses are not necessary for Domestic and Commercial connections).

Additional Documents for Industrial Applicants:

(h) Power of Attorney (in favor of the Applicant) for Company connections and, if applicable, from other owners.

(i) Site map where the connection is required.

(j) For Limited or Private Limited Companies, include a copy of the incorporation certificate (Article and memorandum of Association).

(k) Provide complete addresses and attested copies of CNICs for all board members.

(l) No Objection Certificate on Company letterhead as per Form 29, duly signed by all Directors.

(m) Charge Creation Certificate from the Security and Exchange Commission, with a worth equal to the security amount.

3: Submit the online Application Form.

4: Obtain a Printout of the Application Form.

5: Attach all the aforementioned documents to the Application Form.

6: Send the Application along with all attachments to the concerned office.

7: After document verification, a Demand Notice will be issued.

8: Pay the Demand Notice at the designated bank.

9: Send a copy of the paid Demand Notice to the concerned office.

10: After verification of the Demand Notice payment, the connection will be installed.

Once your application is processed, you will receive a demand notice bill, which you can pay to finalize the connection process.
