How to select multiple cells in Google sheets

To select multiple cells in Google Sheets:

1. Click on the first cell you want to select.
2. Hold down the Ctrl key (Windows) or Command key (Mac) on your keyboard.
3. While holding down the key, click on additional cells to select them.

Alternatively:

1. Click on the first cell you want to select.
2. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard.
3. Click on the last cell you want to select. This will select all cells in between.

Other options:

  • To select a range of cells, click on the first cell and drag your mouse to the last cell.
  • To select non-adjacent cells, hold down the Ctrl key (Windows) or Command key (Mac) and click on each cell individually.
  • To select an entire row or column, click on the row or column header.
  • To select all cells in a sheet, press Ctrl+A (Windows) or Command+A (Mac).

Note: You can also use the keyboard shortcuts to select multiple cells, such as:
